Landscape 1-
This is a photo of a golf course near my house. I thought it would look pretty good as one of my landscape photos, so I took a few photos to see how they would turn out and I actually really really liked them. So I took a few more and there you have it. A few challenges I faced while taking these photos were, first and foremost, making sure my fingers don't freeze off, as it was like 5 degrees out when I took them. But it was also hard to make sure that I didn’t get any telephone lines in the shot when I was taking the photos, but I think I did a pretty good job keeping them out.
Landscape 2-
This is a photo of a pond that's near my house. I also knew that this would be a great spot to take photos right off the bat. So I took them all pretty quickly and I liked all of them. The only hard part about taking these photos was making sure that they didn’t all look the same. It’s a smallish pond so I had to really get creative with the angles to make sure each photo looked different.
Landscape 3-
This is a photo of some of the trees in my backyard. I took it with my friend Victor. It took us a while to get any good photos from the shoot, and we ended up deleting most of them, I only saved this one. This one I actually really liked because of the way the sun was hitting the tree and it made that lens flare. I had a lot of difficulties when taking these photos, but the problem was I’m not sure what was so difficult, I just really didn’t like any of the pictures that I took.
Landscape 4-
This is a photo I took when walking down the Huron River with my friend. This one actually has more sentimental value to me. My friend and I walk down that river all the time and it's actually pretty fun. The only difficulty I had while taking the picture was making sure I didn't get any man-made objects in the photo, as there are a lot of houses on the edge of the river, as well as the train tracks that we were walking right next to.
Landscape 5-
These are a couple photos I took in a field by my neighborhood. It wasn’t too hard to get these pictures, as they were really just pretty generic landscape photo, but I really do like the simplicity of them. However, during the editing process I realized that they actually looked a lot like the pictures from the golf course, and when I tried to make them look a little different, I realized that they both looked better using the same editing style, so they just look pretty similar now.
